An Example of how the Heroic Platform fixes Healthcare

THE DISTRIBUTION & REVENUE - 20 million families and $12B/yr revenue

We use tech, devices and ownership and many other things to stand out in the noisy crowd. We partner with orgs and use distribution channels like schools and Drs that get us on the front lines of “attention”. It sounds very easy to say "we'll distribute through schools", but this channel is full of obstacles and gatekeepers. Over the years we have developed a system that not only bypasses the gatekeepers to get to the kids, but can do it in a scalable manner.

We teach kids to become the smartest, healthiest, hardest-working and most character-driven kids on the planet, then use that leverage to help them influence the adults that surround them.

This is how we get to millions of families across America.

There are two different types of kids that we're getting funding for:

1. Kids with chronic disease conditions that have a billable health code. There are about 20% of the 50 million K-12 kids who fit into this category. We are able to create content in the Heroic game that will help those kids, their families and the community around them to better manage their condition and decrease the costs to the community and healthcare system. We have gone through this process with Type 1 Diabetic kids and can generate about $50/month for the whole family. If we have 10 million of those kids at $600/yr, that is about $6B/yr in revenue,

2. Title 1 kids - there are about 20 million Title 1 students and about $18B/yr in the Title 1 fund to help those kids progress. There's currently no data showing these funds are helping those kids, so the bar is very low for alternative programs that actually deliver results. If we serve 50% of those students at the same $600/yr level, that will be an additional $6B/yr in revenue and only take 1/3 of the Title 1 budget, and deliver exponentially more results. We already have this data and now its just a matter of getting the lawmakers in DC to allocate this funding.

This is a massive revenue number. While we are confident its doable, we're not able to put a specific timeline on it as it involves advocacy and lawmakers to allocate funds. We're already approved to bill for the Medicare funding, but not yet for the Title 1 funding. This could take a few years to scale up.
